IN THE EMBLEMATIC PELAYO STREET

Unique project entailing the segregation of an old apartment located in the emblematic Pelayo street of Barcelona that will become  two urban apartments, modern, completely renovated and with lots of light of 110 and 115 square meters.

The high-level design elements and decoration will be the protagonists in this project that will have simple and neutral interiors and finishings of the highest quality.

The apartments will have large panoramic windows, some of which will have access to a small balcony and one of them enjoys incredible views of the entire Balmes Street perspective.
